Returns, refund and exchange policy
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note; For hygiene reasons earrings are NOT refundable or able to be exchanged (unless faulty). Please contact me within 24 hours of the order if you wish to cancel.
Made to order/ Commissioned items; If the item has been made specifically to your requirements, I am unable to offer a refund. Again – please contact me within 24 hours of the order if you wish to cancel.
I will always endeavour to send you images and communication etc to confirm that you are happy with the items making process before posting. In all instances – please contact me if you have any concerns.
Refund and Returns:
Please contact me ASAP (within 21 days of the order or receipt of the item) if you wish to receive a refund or exchange. I will try my best to be able to help and want you to be happy. However – these are some guidelines to follow.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. The item must be returned unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging in a perfect saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once I have approved the return, I will forward you my postal address.
Once in receipt of the item in the condition as mentioned above, I will notify you if it has been approved. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately unlike big companies such as Amazon, small businesses like mine do not have additional resources to deal with excessive returns and refunds.
